I am comfortable sitting with you in your vulnerability and holding space for you to begin to discover what truly brings you joy and creates fulfillment. I want to help you explore what is holding you back, where you are experiencing pain, and how you can move through places that feel stuck. I often find that we are living from narratives that are not our own. Disconnection and pain can come from trying to meet expectations that do not fully align with our passions and desires. Together we will explore, redefine, and do the hard work of making change.

I truly believe that in order to heal and make progress toward wellness you must feel connected and safe within the therapeutic relationship. I strive to meet you where you are and create a safe non-judgmental space for exploration and healing. I pull from a variety of therapeutic modalities. I will work to integrate cognitive behavioral approaches with existential theory, practical coping, goal setting and achievement, and mindfulness.
